Attendance punctuality circular

CIRCULAR

This has been observed that there is a lot of irregularities in shift / general shift punching timings and indiscipline in some of the Workmen & staffs members, which has caused tremendous inconvenience to the organization as well as the others colleagues.


Here onwards the Management will not bear such kind of irregularity in the working atmosphere, which is against the “Rules & Regulation” or “Standing orders” of the company. The management will not bear and further will take action against him.  


So all Employees have to be in right time at your duties and further such kind of late coming & early going not yet tolerated. However, late attendance or permission up to or maximum four hours, on not more than two occasions in a month, may be condoned if this is due to unavoidable circumstances.   If, more than that, needs to apply ½ day or full day leave on prior intimation & acceptance to his/her superior or authorized person.


In addition, habitual non-observance of scheduled hours for attending office may also be treated as lack of devotion to duty and may attract disciplinary action under OCL Rules & Regulation (or) Standing orders.
